REGISTRATION AGREEMENT & REGISTRATION TERMS

By registering to participate, I agree to the following registration agreement:

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

You are hereby registering for the IZI LLC sponsors Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® seminar, owned and represented by IZI LLC, with permission from the Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, a non-profit educational foundation, hereinafter the "Foundation" called. This is a legally binding agreement between you, IZI LLC and the Foundation.

By registering for the Self I-Dentity through Ho'oponopono® seminar, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you are NOT registered for this seminar.

TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Notice of Copyright, Trademark and Other Proprietary Information

The Foundation and IZI LLC own all and every copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights of all information presented in the Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® or Self I-Dentity Ho`oponopono® seminar , including but not limited to information, trademarks, content, documentation, manuals, text, articles, brochures, illustrations, graphics, audio and video presentations, processes, exercises, tools, icons, updates and any other educational materials.

It is prohibited to modify, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, post, broadcast, record, film, publish, in whole, in part, or in any other way, the training-related materials and information without the prior express written permission of the Foundation , create, publish, sell or perform derivative works thereof.

In addition, you agree NOT to teach, post, duplicate, distribute, sell, post, or publish the Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® intellectual property you receive in the course without prior permission from the Foundation to make available, to advertise or otherwise make available in any way.

Furthermore, you agree to treat confidential information that you receive as a result of your registration for IZI LLC and the Foundation as confidential, not to make it available to third parties or to use it for any purpose other than for the activities for which you have access was granted to the confidential information.

You also agree and understand that the intellectual property, content and materials remain solely with the Foundation and IZI LLC.

2. WARNING

Any misuse and misuse of Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® will have negative consequences. For those who use it for themselves, the benefits are limitless.

3. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Agreement is binding upon the date of registration and will remain in effect at all future meetings you have with the Foundation until notified otherwise by the Foundation.
